Bondone Flowtop topcoat 

Bondone FlowTop Topcoat is a premium two-component epoxy topcoat system designed to deliver a smooth, glossy, and highly durable protective finish for concrete and epoxy floors. It provides excellent resistance to abrasion, chemicals, oils, stains, and moisture, making it ideal for industrial, commercial, and residential flooring applications. The self-leveling formulation creates a seamless, easy-to-clean surface with outstanding adhesion and long-lasting performance. Application Procedure:

• Make sure that floor to be coated should be clean, free from dust, grease, oil. Make sure proper pre-treatment is done

• Apply BondOne Flowtop Primer: single | double coat based on base surface

• Lay down screed using BondOne Flowtop Primer and silica sand, thickness will depend on project requirement

• Mix BondOne Flowtop along silica powder and epoxy pigment paste of desired shade, apply uniformly by high speed dispersing mixture

• Apply the mixed mass on screed surface and aid self levelling using roller or other tools

• Allow to set for 72 hours before starting traffic
